KANSAI Paint - PAR Heat Reduction Roofcote - No.1 Japan.
Heat Reduction Roofcote by Kansai is a high performance coating designed to reflect heat and prevent heat build up on roofs. Formulated with specialty resin, this coating is tough, durable and has excellent color retention properties which outperforms ordinary roof coatings. For protection and decoration of old and previously painted metal roofs and concrete roof tiles where heat reduction is required.
NB: For optimum results, this product must be primed with appropriate primer. Ensure all sides, joints and interlocks of the roof system are adequately primed. Not suitable for new glazed tiles.
